Coyote Creek HOA monthly meetings are conducted in the Sales Office and are open to homeowners with the exception of special Executive Session Board Meetings which are defined and allowed under HOA governing laws-which are invited participants only. Annual meetings are traditionally conducted in March and held in nearby Academy Village Meeting Rooms. When any meetings land on Holidays, alternate scheduling will occur.
Board of Directors - Held the third Wednesday of the month at 4pm. The meeting schedule for 2019 is projected to be: ( 02/20, 03/20, 04/17, 05/15, 06/19, 07/17, 08/21, 09/18, 10/16, 11/20, and 12/18): The next meeting is: February 20th at 4pm
Design Review Committee - Held the first Monday of the month at 4pm. The meeting schedule for 2019 is projected to be: (02/04, 03/04, 04/01, 05/06, 06/03, 07/01, 08/05, 09/02, 10/07, 11/04, and 12/02) The next meeting is February 4th at 4pm.
Your submissions must use the DRC form found on this site which details the submission requirements.
To be on the agenda for March the DRC packet submission deadline is Friday, February 22nd. If you need assistance contact email@example.com. All forms received after the deadline without prior arrangements will be reviewed at the next meeting.
Whether you have lived in Coyote Creek since the beginning or you just moved in, this is the event of the year! In 2019 Peter and Debbie Backus have joined forces with the Vail Foundation and proceeds from the Coyote Creek Ride and Fiesta will benefit the University of Arizona College of Medicine Steele Children's Research Center Tucson and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Arizona.
This is the perfect opportunity for non horse owners to rent a horse and take a ride through the trails of our lovely community with the knowledgeable owners and volunteers. Or if you are not up to riding in a saddle, reserve a seat in a hay wagon and take a ride with some friends and family! You will not be disappointed, these events are full of fun things to do and are always packed with great food at the end and interesting auction items! More information to come. It is best to call Debbie and reserve a spot early if you intend to rent a horse or ride in the wagons.
