HOA Annual Meeting

The annual Coyote Creek Homeowners meeting will be held at Academy Village on
Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 5:00 PM. A packet of information will be mailed to
you several weeks before the meeting with the agenda and other information.
Among the tasks that must be voted upon at the meeting is the election or
re-election of owners to serve on the Board of Directors. There are two
positions that are up for election, each for a three year term.
If you would like your name to be put on the ballot or if you want to nominate a
fellow property owner to serve on the Board, we want to hear from you.
Please contact Judy Dakin at jdakin@cadden.com or (520) 297-0797 for
further details. A nominating committee will review all submissions and present
a slate for the Ballot to be voted upon at the March 6th meeting.
